i used the third method and when it goes to the folder the shortcut is still here along with two other folders 'system volume information' and 'rootdir'. when i delete the shorcut the folder 'system volume information' also dissapears but then they come back again. What should i do?

Hello sir! I did all I could and it remained the same like you described, after that i used "MICROSOFT DEFENDER OFFLINE SCAN" and after the scan was complited, my antivirus deleted it once for all and it didnt appear again, i suppose if you do the windows offline full scan and do the steps suggested in video, it'll work for sure.
