I was dying of laughter the whole book. The best parts were when Greg went to the football game when he was little and the ending. This is certainly one of my favorites in the whole series.

The thing is that after Old School the books have started to get more and more unrealistic. I mean, sure being part of a basketball team is fairly relatable but the fact that it's the absolute worst team in the state is just so unrealistic. Other than that, I enjoyed this book quite a lot.

Finally the review came out yay. Few thoughts: Many of the main characters were hardly in this book such as Rodrick, Manny, Frank Heffley. It would've been nice to see some old characters back again though like chirag or fregley. I did like how it was different story for once besides a vacation or road trip cause that gets so old so fast.

Am I the only one who likes when there are separate side plots? I feel like it makes the books more interesting, you see greg doing something and you think he got away with it, then something else happens and all of a sudden he got caught. It helps the plot tremendously. A good implementation of this: Books 1-5 A bad implementation of this: Books 7 and 11.
