Sorry to break it to you but a car powered soley by water is impossible as the energy required to break the atomic bonds of H2O is equal to what it produces creating no usable energy. Fusing them together works however as for the bonds to form only a small amount of energy is needed and the excess can be used to fuel the car. Cars powered by water break the laws of thermodynamics making them impossible, dont believe everything you see online.
