Doing research on starting an apparel business so I can be smart and efficient and this video perfectly summed up what my research has led me to prioritize and consider when starting out. Can't wait to learn more about your channel from understanding/utilizing your consumer's demand; how to find and decide what materials to buy like shirts and capital, and other important things to consider and plan for that I don't even know about yet!

yea ive got too many paths to take and my main problem is finding customers before going online, then scaling with the space i have available and i would like to get a 16 needle and a dtg machine so i can achieve my idea of doing almost anything craft related lol

Mr. MA, I have contacted Ricoma several time to get an answer to a basic question but have gotten nowhere. Ive spoken with the help line, sales or any other department I contacted. I hope this gets to you and am able to release the information I require. I purchased a MT1501 and was wondering how your assembly department sets the initial tension before testing the tension. I understand that adjustments will be made to get the right tension after the setup but I was looking for the initial setup for the tensions after threading the machine for the very first time. I seems to me, to be a coveted secret, as know one in your company has, willing to share or knows the answer. Can you Help?

There are no set parameters for the initial tension setup. It is adjusted to suit whatever garment is being embroidered. Would suggest to do a tension test (I-test or H-test) and set your tension based on what you see
