I don’t think applying early is advantageous always because I applied on 19th feb and got admit on 14th April but many people who applied in nov dec didn’t get admit.

For undergraduate are english proficiency test needed if complete education was in English. Also are the test required for USA visa. Do you have anything for undergraduate engineering in usa
