This video is really cool man! I just started my 40 pound weight loss journey last week & looking for all the motivation i can get to stick with it. Took a lot of notes here. The main thing i learned so far is that snickers bars are land mines 😂

motivation is important! although if u love that snickers, have one! gotta just make sure it fits your macros and calories. may I ask what type of diet your on?

@@Adventure.Ed.EcoFit So I just eat healthy. I don’t purposely eat low carb but most of the carbs i eat are in a form of sweet potato or ezekiel bread

@@Adventure.Ed.EcoFit first week was more or less ok. I think the sugar withdrawl is the hardest part mentally. Hard to say if I am over it or it will take another full week. Down 5 pounds but i feel like this week might be slower

Hii I love your channel and you give great advice on fitness But i was wondering if i can do full body workouts 4 days a week and 3 days rest Will i get results or should i exercise each day a different group of muscles with rest days in between

thank you so much! you can definitely get away with even less than 4 days a week in the gym - 3 full body workouts or even 2 per week is sufficient as long as you are getting in enough volume. I like to do a 4 day per week split where I spread out my volume. are u trying to burn fat or gain muscle?

@@Adventure.Ed.EcoFit no actually i just try to always eat healthy, fruits and vegetables beans eggs dairy and meat from time to time. I don’t go to the gym i exercise at home (i do full body workouts on monday wednesday friday saturday) I’m trying this new technique but i always hear that it’s bad if i exercices my whole body in a day and that i should specialize one part of the body for each day.

@@LeaAyoub you can definitely do a full Body workout in a day, you do not have to specialize any muscle groups.
