The bloodfiend arm never had passive blood buildup although it looks like the charged R2 does in some way. They just nerfed the bleed roughly 8% when it's infused.

The charged R2 deals Fire Damage and adds further bleed buildup. It’s the only attack that gets bleed without an infusion.

I heard if you get 200 buildup with +25 bloodfiends arm (with blood affinity), the charged attack’s bloodflame will add an extra 160 for a total of 360 per charged r2. Im pretty sure its wrong, or just pre-nerf.

@@lysalaos that sounds about right. +25 bloodfiends arm initially had 220 blood but was nerfed to I think 203 precisely. Still 200 and the R2 adds to it so it's insane

Using the flasks and spectral steed whistle but not crafting kit or spirit bell because those aren’t DLC seems a bit arbitrary which you count. It really doesn’t matter - I don’t think - if you used those too to actually use new DLC items you otherwise couldn’t.
