I’m so glad I’ve become an avid learner on your patreon, Stu. Your songs are so well thought out and a lot of them use such simple chords that anyone can form but the strumming pattern and little intro/riffs and solos make the whole song sound so much more complicated than it is. Arguably the best purchase I’ve ever made because just as I’m thinking “hmm what should I learn now?” Out you come with a new tutorial. Having that passion reignited to pick up the ukulele and try something new every couple of weeks is priceless and well worth the investment. Instead of searching KZbin for random tutorials for songs I like and choosing one hoping it will be achievable or make sense, I just scroll through your patreon or videos. Makes for a more well rounded repertoire too. Since some of the songs I like other people don’t know. And some of the songs I’m learning from you I don’t know but other people around the camp fire will. Appreciate your work. Have a fantastic Saturday evening.

@@ukemullum oh good. Sometimes I feel like commenting too much annoying but then I get my gold star and it makes me smile. You ask for comments and other people still on the fence about becoming a patron should know it’s worthwhile :-) you give so much away in your videos that they might wonder what more there could be. But your patreon is good value too. I’m looking for one for my guitar I bought and hardly touch and one of them was about $350 a month. Probably to stop people joining just to download all the content then leaving. But still. Sheesh.

great song,transposes so well on the uke,been playing 53 yrs,guitar mandolin banjo,haven,t touched 1 since i took up the uke,took awhile to shrink the fingers,still do 2hrs daily scales, chord scales with right hand and without all hammer on pull off,prefer a low G will turn this wonderful song into a finger picked version and small world i,m Stu and an aussie love your work
