We rented the same RV in Michigan twice. The first time was great while the second was a disaster. My 97 year old mother along with my son had "NO HEAT" for 8-days in 48 degree weather. This issue was related to the company and would not compensate us. Several of the RV outlets did not work for our cell phones and computer's. We won't be renting from them again.

Fair review guys but a great shame about how they handed over the van at the beginning hopefully thy pick up there game still not sure if I’d rent one from them though with the problem you have had

A GOOD & FAIR review! We normally use black tanks in boats BUT I agree with you: I prefer a larger black tank in RV motorhomes, too! ☺

Bet you were so glad to get back to your own van. Your own is a million times better than that hired one. I don’t know what compensation you got as that’s private but no way really could you in all honesty recommend that company surely?

It is hands down the best budget option. If you’re happy to spend 3x the price than the vehicle you receive will be 5x better. But, not all dealers are as lax with their cleaning procedures.

Think that’s a fair review. Everything except the ants would not bother me in a cheap rental but that’s just grim. The interior being dated seems to be an American thing. Their interior design seems to be about 20 years behind Europes in style and build quality.
