I would love to do this cruise. But I would have to go solo and the cost of this cruise would be prohibitive. I can't even get a solo quote on it right now.

Completely understand. The solo rates on this cruise is crazy. Sometimes as time goes, if the ship is not selling like they are hoping, solo rates might open up. My double occupancy Edge stateroom rate is cheaper than Celebrity's Solo Edge Stateroom, and that's with a non refundable deposit.
