Watching this after getting off our aug 2022 cruise (on allure) and....man do I miss the empty ships! We were on Odyssey in sept 2021 and there were so few passengers, each person could have had their own personal crewmember and there would still be crew left! It was fantastic! No lines, no waiting, lots of space, no elevator crowds...truly a treasure.

Yes glad you guys showed us Bright Line, didn’t know this existed. My lady and I may be doing a 4 day Royal Caribbean cruise in May and we will definitely use this. It’s coming to our neck of the woods in Los Angeles which will run to Las Vegas.

We are looking to book with Royal Caribbean for next year and I recalled watching this video two years ago and said to my husband I wanted to go on the one Ben and David went on! We are re-watching today! This one looked the most appealing to me. We had been on the Allure 10 years ago and my husband was in our stateroom sick with Noro and missed it. We are looking at itinerary’s but most excited about this ship! My husband , not usually watching with me, said you both do the best at describing a cruise ship while making it entertaining. Great show! Glad to see lifeguards at the pools now, shown in your video . We were on the Christmas sailing on the Allure, 9 years ago for my parents 50th anniversary and we almost had a tragic death. My young sons got away from us as we were gathered near the pool talking, 20 plus of our family. My 4 year old got into the pool and was drowning and my 5 year old saved him. It happened so quickly and we had no idea because there were so many people blocking the view of the pool. Thankfully for a happy ending and my 5 year old being aware and a swimmer on the swim team , knew what to do to save his brother. I’ll have to say I was shocked that they didn’t have lifeguards at the pool. First time watching and really like you two! I’ve been on 15 Royal Caribbean cruises, this one looks amazing!

3:30 in the morning here in CA, watching your video. I think this vlog is the best you've done. It brought a constant smile to my face, throughout, and many hearty laughs. (I needed that as I woke up feeling anxious.) You're a great team and both very talented; each offering your unique 'take'. Ben, you're a riot; keep it up! You bring good info; entertainment; and reassurance (as well as excellent cinematography) to the masses who are curious about cruising. How I wish I could feel as relaxed as you two about boarding a ship (at this time). We're booked on the Odyssey for a spring transatlantic cruise. My husband, 83, is feeling insecure about cruising for fear of infection. Sailing for two weeks far from land seems 'precarious' (at this time). We've taken many transatlantic cruises before this pandemic...two each year...never fearful... enjoying them all. He's now leaning towards flying, instead. Despite good health, I feel 'iffy' being Seniors and more vulnerable on a cruise ship.

I travelled around the World for 30 years - found the best thing was to pack everything in plastic bags socks in one underwear in another shoes in another etc - as in a lot of countries security required you to empty your case out on a table so repacking was easy putting the bags back in your case

Thanks for the info on Brightline, next time we're home in FL we'll try it, hopefully it will be operational from Orlando by then. The secret to no wrinkles! Fold the arms in to the front and roll it, not real tight and not real loose either, try to do it smooth. Pants and shorts, fold them so they lay flat on the side, then roll them the same way. We have been doing this for years, never any wrinkles. If I bring a suit we lay it flat, with the arms folded to the center in the bottom of the suitcase in a bag and pile everything on it, same with my wife's formal dresses, if it's too long we leave one end out of the suitcase then fold it over on the top after filling it with the other clothes. No folds, just rolls.......That's about it. the dog

Thank you so much for taking the time to mention the vegan options here. My wife and I have been on loads of cruises with many cruise lines. Its been hit and miss to say the least. My wife is vegan due to food allergies and has been made poorly in the past. It has been a good few years sine we did a RC cruise so may well give it another try. We would love it if more content creators took the time to mention some of these options.
