Hi Will. Scenic as always. Glasson branch is beautiful for a walk when sun is rising ir setting bringing out the colours. Amazingly clear water in canal. Experienced same near Rugby just before my new Nicholson's flew out of my hand in to the canal!😂😂. It floated and i got it back. Had to rip pages out and hang up around the boat to dry off before they set togethet.😂😂😂. Water only entered the book around the edges. Still got it, in a bag to keep it together.😂. Keep well. 👍👍. You did a great job replacing the old gearbox Will, lucky the old breather came in handy for you. If videos were just pleasant cruising down a leafy canal on a sunny day with soft tranquil music playing that would get boring after awhile, so I do like the engine and gearbox updates myself, interesting and learningful, 😅, there’s a word for you, just made it up!

It's funny how nature makes you stop and look. When we had those floods there were hundreds of fish all around my boat. I just stopped what I was doing and watched them for a while. There used to be a seal that would lay on my pontoon some nights. I could feel the boat moving differently as it swam around underneath. Then it would come out of the water and lay right outside my cabin window. I couldn't walk the dog or get to the shower block because of that bloody thing! 😄

What's "La" Will ? Is it Taiwanese or sum-it? In Newfoundland we say"la" to mean look. IE "La o'er there boy! La!" OR. "La boy la" (look over there or look here) Maybe a nautical abbreviation from your neck of the woods.

Are there any narrowboaters who book trips for customers to give travelers the "complete narrowboat experience"? I think it would be great fun to watch Will recording some unsuspecting passengers as they lug bags of coal down the tow path to his boat. The entertainment opportunities are nearly endless. 😅
