Glad to be able to hitch along virtually on your road trips. After seeing pics of minor rock slides from the Idaho quake I wondered if you ever got stuck because of slides. You drive through a lot of country where the landscape next to the pavement looks like a slope of loose rubble. Hi Mike: has at $2.339 here in El Paso it’s $1.499 at the local Sams. The ice age ended about 15,000 years ago, earths been warming ever since oceans been rising also. Used to be a land bridge between Alaska and Asia and between England and Europe. Both covered by rising oceans. Your right it’s getting warmer and there is nothing we can do to stop it. It’s not caused by us. Last time we cruised to Alaska the guide said that 95% of the glaciers were receding. Pretty soon they will be gone. Glacier bay, when discovered, had ice at its mouth, 300 years ago, now it’s a 70 mile trip from the mouth to the glacier. Be safe on the rest of your trip, we’ll see you on the next leg. Thank you. Edward

I think that is a fair price to pay your daughter. I think that is what my brother pays his hair person...with tip (what do you call them as it isn't a barbershop)....and my brother barely has hair. A straight line from the bottom and that is it. He has been going to her for years so it is more a friendship thing he doesn't want to give up. My husband went to the local barber, as did many men in town. He charged $7 up to the day he retired in his 80s or 90s. He had a big party when he retired. The men in town miss him. I agree with you, we should support our local small businesses during this time. Even though we are in lockdown my husband has been going out getting some of those drive through meals. A new sausage sandwich place just opened up and you see in the line police, military and others who are out-and-about. When this is over, I intend to support my favorite restaurants. I am sure their staff are missing their tip money (most live off that as their wages don't cut it. I hope you see this before the computers go down. Just think of this "invisible virus". What if it is a computer virus....think of all the computer systems that control our daily lives....just saying.....newer vehicles and planes. Be safe. Especially today. Take a long break.
