Having two small ankle biters the morning sabbatical would be a regular routine as we must look after our family friends. Thanks again for sharing my home town to subscribers and yes I agree it's always great to get away from the big smoke. I'm trying to get the time to go to Mooloolaba on the 5th, waiting on some important work quotes to come in. May see you there Norm I should find out by Wed/Thur for sure.

Yep no worries. I'll still be there then probably waiting for some southerly to head north. It would be great to catch up. Cheers and thanks for the comments.

Greetings Norm / Bev & Pip. Lovely spot you ended up in but those old marina's have a sad spirit about them. As you mentioned, "The Yard of Broken Dreams" rings true of many of its' kind world wide. Hope's and dreams sitting on the hard just waiting for the right person to come along and get these boats back to sea. Love how you cater to Pip by wiping the morning dew off the forward Pip bench! She''s a great sailing companion but seems to be showing her age just a bit(as are we all) and getting up the rocky area to do her business was a bit of a task. Unfortunately she looks a bit heavy to carry her up plus if you go down so does she. I am so amazed by the names of the places you visit. Are they mostly Aboriginal ? Oh one last thing, the air pollution seems to be almost everywhere one goes nowadays!

Yep Edward, It was a tad hard climbing the rocks, but we both seem able to still do it. Very careful not to break a leg...both of us. Some of the names are Aboriginal. Caboolture, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore to name a few. Agree about the pollution, I think the air over Brisbane closely resembled that of L.A. It's good to be out at sea and away from it. Thanks for the comments mate.

That Nordhavn 64 11:29 is a fine looking passage maker, I'd better get a lotto ticket in this weekend :-)

Yeah Pete. A nice looking vessel and very well presented. You'd better get two tickets. Cheers mate.
