Did you bareboat? Do you have previous experience or take cruising courses to get to run the boat? I’m looking at taking the powerboat course to bareboat sometime in next couple years with the family. Donate for a Dream

I am a licensed Captain and run boats for the U.S. Coast Guard and have been a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary for over 25 years. That being said, this was my first time visiting the BVI's and I never had any experience on a power cat before. I was confident about my boating skills but really brushed up on my knowledge using a BVI cruising guide beforehand.
