Rainy Narrowboat Journey on a River - Overcoming Increasing Currents and Low Bridges

A journey on a narrowboat on the river Thames with strong currents on yellow boards. It's the first time we've seen the board put on right in front of us. We have two passengers on board - Susie and George who we dog sit occasionally. This time though we have them on board for ten days instead of two!

Nice, that confirms we will not be able to get through Oxford with that low bridge. Maybe get like 200 people to weigh it down while going under 😂? You guys are super close to where I'm working at the moment in eynsham. Its amazing up there.

A nice vlog again 😊but it was also nice to see u in the elements when not many other boat where, u would of needed the fire on to help dry ur coats etc. The dogs have taken to boat life so well and have got their sea legs u will be sad to see them go. Have a lovely weekend xx💜👍

Hi Marina, Myles, Another nice and interesting cruise. Glad to see your dingy has been re floated. The Doggies are very cute. When you were mooring up, was that the Thames pulling you away from the bank. If the River is in flood, and you are going with the current. When you come to moor up, do you turn the boat so its facing against the flow of the water to aid with the mooring up? The Doggies seem very well behaved on board. Myles's dinner looked amazing.
