One trick I learnt and used was to dry wet or newly cut wood in the oven. Works a treat. It’s great if you have an Aga or wood stove with a plate warning drawer at the bottom . Low low slow heat. 🙂🐿🌈❤️ I’m glad that you’re coming into summer time now - defrost yourself and enjoy it all .

I watch all your videos I used to have what you long boaters called a plastic pig but it just did the same job one memorable item was we were going through a lock the sides of the lock were boughed out and as the water dropped our boat was suspended in mid air we had to fill up again and strip all the mouldings off the sides off our boat to drop down then refit all again but loved it drinking after mooring up then catching eels and selling them to passing boaters I would love to do it again I would have liked to have seen you when in prees but now house bound and have had a stiffy with you all my love keep up the good work petlyn1

What a lovely vlog Heidi you are getting better and better at commentaries and content so nice to watch. Regarding the solar panels if you treat yourself to an extendable pole with a squeegee and scraper fitted it would save the risk of walking your gun-whale. G'day Heidi. Thanks for the upload. Takes me back to 2008 when 3 of us rented a Narrow boat. The day we crossed over the aqueduct we met 6 other kiwis going the opposite way. During the shoulder season. How about that? Sadly no drone shots. No drone. Did you see the old castle high up on the hill on your right as you went up to Llangollen village. Don't remember the name.
