I love you two sharing your trip up into the Sea of Cortez … I’m about your age and like the pace you are going. Most of the Baja Peninsula is untouched from modern civilization. Keep the clips coming they are so special.

Pretty soon you won’t need the water heater anymore as your freshwater tanks will be plenty warm. :-)

The bird you videoed is not a Parakeet or Budgie. It is not a Parrot of any type. The beak shape and color pattern of Black and yellow-orange tells me it is maybe an Oreo. There are several subspecies of Oreo of which I am not familiar with all of them and which ones live in Mexico. I remember you stating that anything that helps your cruising experience on Sea Venture you always look into it. I don't know how much web surfing you do but I came across something and I automatically thought of you. The company is called Sharrow Marine and they are producing a toriadal propeller. I could go into detail but it would be better for you to search the information. I do know that the technology is being talked about on many different venues. Check it out tell me what you think.
