More than that... she read languages at Oxford. I just love the way she expresses the poetic language of cooking.

TRIED THIS, acceptable to my Asian tongue. Taste like KFC-(if you are familiar with this) so crunchy and a bit sour. You need to really flatten the chicken breast- if not you will end up frying it a little bit longer. Be careful when flatten the chicken breast; the meat is easily 'thorn' because of its 'thickness'. For the cornflakes, use the kellogg's brands- because theirs cornflakes is thinner than nestle's; so, easier to break it into crumbs. You can omit the pepper- because it doesn't provide heat/spiciness only add peppery flavor to the crumbs. But if you really want the spicy kick; try milled chili flakes (you can get it from the dominos pizza free chili flakes, and mill it with the blander).
@sarahdyanna7 жыл бұрын
DL Did i mention i steal the chili flakes? No. Actually I bought the pizza and it comes with it. Nvm, i forgive you, just dont judge people negatively. There are beautiful human existed.

Isn’t she just adorable. Whether its a meal I would enjoy she makes it so delicious and so easy anyway Wish I had known her 58 years ago. I bought a cookbook on my honeymoon but it was American. I am English. Shows how naive I was but I persevered and became a really good cook. Or so my late husband told me. I do so missing cooking but watching Nigella is the next best thing. 🥰

The first Brit chef I saw whose "not much oil" actually means not much oil, unlike other cases where they just pour in a litre. I find the spice combination really weird though. That's not how we cook chicken cutlets in India, so idk.
