The bacon & tomato hash is 1 of only 2 of her meals that has been a hit in my house. This one is much better than the later version (after she went on a diet) & I've added mushrooms to this for more of an English breakfast vibe.

Only Nigella could cook bacon and tomato hash, wearing a gown...and getting out of the kitchen NOT smelling of fried bacon. That woman is protected by both the Angel of Chic and the Fashion Police, so no bad smell can harm her. I do this and cats can follow me all around the neighborhood

I must add that Nigella and I have the same taste sensation only I am bed bound so I don’t have the ability to shop and cook and enjoy daily life as much as she does..however I love 💕 watching everyone’s comments and all her stories.

I use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar. It's sweet without it being too sweet!

She needs a considerable amount of sugar to counteract the bitter, grainy taste of the cocoa powder. After that, make it as sweet as you like.

Brilliant TV. So erotic after Nigella claims she "likes a bit of violence" after she decapitates the boiled egg then dips the sourdough soldiers in the oozing yolk and has to "eat the rest by myself." Food porn at it's best.

Liza Chen safety matches no longer contain white phosphorous and haven’t in a long time. They obviously don’t taste good but are not poisonous. The amount of sulfur or paraffin wax imparted to the water would be negligible.
