Yamanbhai (just learnt your name, below), I must sound you about, 'A Unit Operation', in your methodology, namely, 'Rubbing off the sweet-potato skin with Wire Gauze'. This cleaning aid is OK for Metal Utensils only and not for edibles, which are soft materials. A stray tiny piece/pieces of wire gauze(being sharp-edged), can dig into such food items, being indestructible during cooking, get consumed unawaredly, lodge into our body tissue and pose a severe Medical/Surgical problem. The recipe is a nice substitute for Potato/Banana wafers - only find a SCRAPER substitute for food item skins! Please, I am Ramesh Pradhan, not Ratiraman!
