Crunchy Flour Chips | Ghana Atwemo | Perfect Snack Recipe

INGREDIENTS
500g of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1tsp of salt
1tsp of baking powder
1/3 cup of sugar (78g)
113g of butter (1/2 cup)
1tsp of vanilla essence
90ml of evaporated milk
90ml of water
