Watch this video 👇🏿 kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3KYZZSririfhbs In it i used 2 kg flour. So you need to DOUBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS( which Will be a recipe for 4KG flour) Then the last section DIVIDE all ingredients i used in the video into Half to get 1 kg recipe.( that Will form ur 5th kg bag)

Chin chin butter should be at room temperature not melted bc it will be fried not baked

Just open the pack or bag u put it into. Air Will Enter it😂 Then make it soft. Next time u make it use more egg and double the baking powder fry for only 3-5 mins. That Will give u the soft bite ok😍
