There's a reason they used the plan they did and that's because her raw strength is unparalleled, not to mention like you said they were all severely injured. Considering it took like 15 different people and 3 separate fights with Luffy to bring down Kaido, and Big Mom is on a similar level (even if she's not as strong,) I honestly don't think the Worst Generation could have won if they tried to take her head on.

Cut Prometheus, Splits Kaidos Boro Breath attack, Made a Yonko tell another Yonko to dodge, Makes that other Yonko dodge, Counters Dragon Twister with his own, Scars Dragon Kaido with Ryou alone, Tanks a combined Yonko attack(law stated, he “Took” the attack, in the same chapter), Gets back up to Cut Prometheus 2 more times. And he’s still not done.

@@Gol.DRichOfficial I want to stress Zoro cutting Kaido's scales. No one not even Luffy has been able to directly affect Kaido's dragon exterior. This is why I say Zoro's base ryuo, though not as advanced as Luffy's internal destruction version, is stronger than Luffy's base ryou. People don't understand the concept of there being two levels to ryou. Before Wano Luffy had no understanding of it so ryou doesn't = haki directly otherwise luffy would've already known about haki flow (ryuo literally means flow). Luffy had to learn the concept of flow from Hyogoro, a swordsman, but he himself said he couldn't do the internal damage version, however, he still taught Luffy how to flow his haki. Zoro as a swordsman has haki flow aswell but not Luffy's advanced version. This means he can't do internal destruction, meaning he can only attack from the outside ONLY. That's why he was able to actually cut Kaido's scales instead of cutting only the inside of kaido. The fact that there's people who still can't grasp this concept is wild.

The roof battle was basically the 5 supernovas jumping kaido, with BM there to back him. Kaido took a decent amount of damage on the roof whereas they barely touched BM. IMO, that's why Luffy was actually able to win the final 1v1 vs kaido while it took atleast 2 people the entire BM fight. Kid and Law were fighting a Yonko who was still basically at %100.

Just because someone is "invulnerable" doesn't mean they are invincible, they may not be able to hurt her easily but they can still move her. It reminds me of something from a comic a read once, basically someone had to deal with someone who was ludacrisly strong and fully invulnerable, their solution? Use telekinesis and throw them literally into orbit, they eventually came back down but it took them out of the picture for over a month.
