For every one minute of good Wano animation theres 20 minutes of average/bad animation. These episodes are special, I would agree with you if all of Wano looked like this, but it sadly doesnt.

Something subtle but so effective is that the ships do feel like they’re sailing, with the first person movement and crashing waves, also how we go from total euphoria and excitement from Kinemon’s scream to a calming state with the absence of music and the only noise being Oden’s footsteps. Ishitani really knows what she wants from her storyboards

There are so many great details which make this episode mesmerising! Even this tiny bit at 0:05 when Luffy's reaction is showed and when the wind blows his straw hat off so he is trying to reach for it with his hand. Those tiny bits make the whole scene so alive.

I think one of the things I like about this part is how it seems to set a different tone for One Piece and how Luffy normally does things. This FEELS like there is a plan, all fun and games are over, and the opening moves are happening. Stuff like marineford where luffy is just running blindly towards ace over and over, or dressrosa where the plan gets tossed right off the bat and goes way off the rails into total chaos. This feels PROFESSIONAL. You guys get what I mean? This is an army, united, with a plan, and they are sticking to it.
