This blows my mind. Sauske’s character development is insane and just overall touching. A man that had to witness his clan murdered by itachi, focused mainly on revenge, pushed everyone away for power, almost damn near killed Sakura despite her compassion and love for him, from realizing the truth and helping naruto and company stop kaguya, from fighting naruto and finally realizing the way he was doing things was wrong, he’s been through a lot. But to see him as a loving dad, a husband just hits me in so many ways and I’m just happy for him and Sakura to have moments like this

That's what I'm saying. Anyone can have a crush on someone they find to be good-looking and perfect, but not everyone is willing to stand by someone with so much trauma and emotional baggage, despite how good-looking they find them to be. She stuck by him for YEARS despite how deadly he became to the point that he even attempted to take her life. She even thought that if she killed him, that all the deaths and chaos would stop, and in a way he would finally be free of all his own troubles too, but at the last moment, her heart wouldnt let her 😭 and I love how he always used to say that he was going to restore his clan (aka have a ton of children) but he only ends up having one child with Sakura because he actually loves her and no longer cares about restoring his clan 😭

Sasake reminds of Vegeta in terms of character development in dragon ball Z. When Vegeta went Majin to fight buu as a sacrofice. He hugged Trunks for what it seems to be the last time he will see him. And he bids his farewell to his wife, trunks and Goku. Sasake is similar as he regrets for what he had done.
