This fight is so significant in the entire history of the tower for in series lore. Someone born with the blood of zahard, a chosen princess, 2 of the 13 month series, 2 irregular, and (I believe) 1/6th of an ancient elemental beast, not to mention the rest of the noteworthy characters of course. The fact there was an entrance group with 2 princesses of Jahad, 2 of the 13 month series weapons, a red witch and 2 irregulars. In an entrance exam.... This was a cataclysmic event in terms of the tower, I genuinely cannot believe how a ranker wasn't sent to exterminate the entire floor, at least in the context we're given later on to suggest its a highly unusual event.
