Hey man, always love a creator who's actually knowledgeable on the novel canon this mod is based on. I agree with you that while going against his family is not something Tywin would do in the books, this mod is quite barren and still requires tons and tons of content and flavor to make it on par with it's ck2 predecessor, including many corrections regarding characters appearances and personality to make them more accurate, important places modules, fitting house words for established houses who we don't know the words of, unique courts for every ruler, railroad canon events, the rest of the known world, magic, dragons and white walkers.... and much more. That's why I hold off on playing the mod. Prob few more years until this mod will reach it's true potential to be the best ck3 mod. There's actually a few complementary mods already that help a ton with immersion, like one that makes tons of canon children in the dates they were born if both their parents are still around and in a relationship. Stuff like that is what needed for good roleplay. Btw, the Dornish chapters are some of my favorite lol. They just feel fresh and different. They butchered their storyline in the show beyond imagining, like many other ones, but in the books they are quite interesting (though I do believe Doran leading his family to their doom with his decisions lol)

Yeah, I totally agree that the mod is very barren at the moment, that’s why I kind of fell off from this playthrough. No disrespect to the people who made it, but there’s really not much to do in it. Like you said, I’m sure it will be updated with content in the coming years and will be a blast to play. In the meantime I suppose I could get some of the mods you mentioned and see if I can scrape some new content together out of it. And yeah, the lore of the novels is so deep and interconnected. The show definitely failed to capture that in the last two seasons especially. The Dorne chapters in the books aren’t exactly my favorite, I’m more into the Jaime chapters and anything having to do with Stannis, but they’re certainly better than the “Dorne” we got in the show lol. But I’m sure the Dorne chapters we’ve gotten so far are just the setup for what’s to come. I don’t know if you know a lot about the released Winds chapters, but it looks like Arianne Martel will have a pretty central role to play in the future, which is good because I actually like her character. @@caesarplaysgames Yea I read and watch it all like the asoiaf fanatic that I am lmao, starving for good fantasy that isn't 'too fantasy' and this universe just hits the spot for me with how complex I like my storylines and characters to be lol. Wouldn't get my hopes up for Arianne or most of the Martells though, Quentyn's already dead and I have a sneaking suspicion Arianne's going to find her end in King's Landing after marrying her supposed cousin Aegon. I see both of their ends similar to Jaime and Cersei's in the show, but no clue at what point or by who's cause. I do believe Jon Con will be the one that'll go mad and destroy the capital and not Dany. For her what makes sense to me is realizing the devastation of her actions and going north to fight the WW, sacrificing herself willingly will feel much more logical and meaningful for her fate. Jaime do need to kill Cersei to close up his redemption arc and fulfill the 'valonqar' prophecy she was so scared of that Tyrion would be that little brother. Petyr dying in Winterfell, Arya leaving and Sansa being the queen in the north does feel right, but of course GRRM will do much better executing those stories to feel satisfying and complex and not just for lazy shock factor lol. Not sure how King Bran would work in the novels but I do hope Varys will survive, he is my favorite character if I had to pick but I like many more for different reasons. Sorry for the rant lol
