Man you deserve more attention in the chess world! The content is amazing! Not just lines, but also positional ideas behind them, which is very important. I also like the way you structure these videos around your courses, you give many lines (not just a few ideal lines), refutations to the opponent's inaccuracies which allows anyone to dive into an opening without going over tons of theory, and for the ones that like the opening there is a course to dive deeper. Keep up the excellent work, what a hero!

@@MiodragPerunovicOfficial Do you have the book of Schmüker about this? Or are you in contact with him I did buy his book in an tournament by coincidence. I tried to play it but I only face d4 once. So i abandon it again because 3 bxa is too borring to me and i get problems after 3 e5 And i think you should make an own video of the d5 line since it is an eldorado for tactic freaks

Thank you Mio. Being sicilian defence ( mainly the dragon and dragon accelerated variants) player AND a wing gambit player I found this interesting. I only need to find a refutation to the wing gambit now.

Even though I have prepared many lines against sicilian (im 2000 lichess) i really enjoyed lesson on this crazy line. i wont use it in real life clasic tournament but for blitz and rapid it will be my go to opening :)) thanks again, i love your way of teaching too

Over the decades, I have looked at the Wing Gambit, but the books and the engines disapproved. Thanks for showing that the opening is now viable and that White has fair-to-good compensation. Sicilian players prepare their pet lines deeply, but this line sidesteps hectares of theory and makes the battle one of ability rather than memory.

Hi ! At 10.50 against Nbd2 it seems black can play Nxc3 with tempo on black queen and if Qg4 as suggested then Qxd3 grabing the famous white bishop you should never lose... isn't c2-c3 an issue to develop further and probably a3 is better to prevent Nb4 ?
@MiodragPerunovicOfficial2 жыл бұрын
Could be, you’re right about Keeping Bd3 but c3 prevents Nb4 and gives you later initiative as well as possibility to capture on a3 …

Love your style man, first time watching a video by you. Hilarious how you growl when you find a nasty tactic. I usually play the Grand Prix vs the Sicilian but my friends are well equipped against that by now. Will actually try this one out. Taking the first pawn, leaving the second and breaking in the center seems to be the most dangerous reply for black, might explore some lines on the analysis board for that.
