This is the single greatest point made in chess history: - "What is the point of Qf3?" - "NOTHING!" & me eagerly taking notes to become better by following in the footsteps of the Big Mio: - "Hm... I see. Qf3 = 0" 🤔

It's like in the Bronstein - Najdorf, 1954...old idea, but so much underrated in the modern times! Very good lines as Always

This reminds me of Bobby Fischer's style. I checked lichess to see common Qf3 is. Out of 450,000 games it's only been played 500 times lol

I play qd3 against the najdorf and I usually get good positions, but I was wondering if there is a difference between qd3 and qf3

After e6 you can play g4 but Qd3 better

Have you ever put this move into an engine (Qf3)? I know that people don't play flawlessly, but why do something that actually loses my advantage? Shouldn't all chess players pursue or strive toward a flawless game?

Nice lecture, but (maybe it is just the level I am playing) isn't the move Bg4 going to completely ruin the plans seen here? Force the queen to g3, play e5 and kick our knight
@siddharthamishra1999 Жыл бұрын
After e5, you go ng5 hoping to go to e3 and occupy e5. If the bishop takes the knight, you get similar positions as in the d5 nc6 move order in the video

No one is first here because Big Mio was here before everyone

This Qf3 has no name and it could be called the" no name variation". What is the name of the variation? No name.

6...g6 7.h3 Bg7 8. Be3 0-0 9. 0-0-0 is the mainline here and it gives Black small advantage.

According to Stockfish Depth 40 it is 6... g6 7. Bc4 Qb6 8. Nde2 Bg7 9. Bb3 Nc6 10. O-O O-O And it is equal
