CRUSH your ENEMIES with THRULLS?! | EDH BUDGET Deck Tech [Endrek Sahr]

My main deck is an Endrek Sahr. Started as a budget as well, and i use many of the same tricks. Krav the Unredeemed is a MONSTER in this deck, as is the Fell Beast of Mordor. Over time, ive been able to upgrade the deck with new additions (a Gate to Phyrexia to deal with artifacts, Caged Sun, Crypt Ghast, etc). Its a blast.

When you Convoke stuff, your creatures tap for a mana of ANY of their color. So you could cast Hoarding Broodlord for free, if you tap 8 creatures to cast it, 3 of which must be black. Since our Thrulls are black, that wont be a problem. Here is the official rule: Convoke is a static ability that functions while the spell with convoke is on the stack. “Convoke” means “For each colored mana in this spell’s total cost, you may tap an untapped creature of that color you control rather than pay that mana. For each generic mana in this spell’s total cost, you may tap an untapped creature you control rather than pay that mana.”

@RegisJim Methwitch - Poltergeists Guy is a one person band and has a really unique sound. Some of my favorites he's put out are "Guillotine II" and "Shadow keeper" Definitely not for the feint of heart.

Maybe a viscera seer would be a good include so you can scry through the deck to find that conspiracy.

Viscera Seer would also be a great include! I debated running it several times, but was a proponent for other cards in this list. Always hard to narrow down the 99!

@@edhbrutality Yeah, that’s always the hardest part haha. Personally I’d probably go with viscera seer over carrion feeder though since you have ways of getting big creatures in other ways and the card selection is so vital tot he strategy.

That's a great take! I'll definitely consider it. One thing I do enjoy with Carrion Feeder is full swinging (assuming I have all pieces on board already) and once blocks are declared, pump the carrion feeder up. A lot of players miss the interaction surprisingly!@@jeffreylong1478

Glad you enjoyed! And yes haha it's very easy to get out of hand fast in this deck, especially if you have card draw
