The courgettes placed on top will give that extra touch and that sweet and caramelized note that blends with the flavor of the cheeses and ham, and with the fragrant puff pastry... in short, you just have to make it and taste it! In 5 MINUTES of preparation you will have it on your tables!

80 g Emmental cheese (or other)
100 g Stracchino (crescenza or robiola)
Gorgonzola (optional)
