Thank you for loving fishing and taking me along. That may be the best Mangrove snapper catching I've seen down here. Nice! Thanks again for your vids, I'm hoping to get out in the Gulf in my Kayak tomorrow or the next day.

Thats a great little shore spot Brant. Im envious. Its not often that you consistently catch mangroves from shore at such a solid size. You can get 2 nice size sandwiches out of each one of those mangroves.👍🏻🇺🇸

I also grew up learning to fish on piers in Southern California. We had very strict rules around people swimming too close to the pier. That one dude had no right to get upset when he shouldn't be allowed to be there in the first place!

Love the "KZbinr" who hasn't caught anything, and when Brant shows up and catches fish like he's fishing an aquarium, it's like, "let's stop taping... Brant is here., and this is going to be embarrassing "

Its a Little Tunny. You can tell the difference between them and Bonito by the back markings. Tunny have broken/wavy stripes, Bonito have straight stripes.

Good sir! As always love the videos and details you always give about what youre doing and why/when, etc. Question for you. For everyday fileting tasks, except for maybe sharks, what knife do you recommend? I mean everything from mackerel to reds to flounder to even salmon? Thank you in advance dude. Keep up the fantastic work. Also love the store in GS. Its about 3 miles from our property down there and its a one stop shop for me.

Hey man, not one for youtube but the past 3 years ive been battling cancer so stuck at home/indoors I just watched yout inshore sheepz head video with the fiddler crabs and you are right, i did laugh when you said it was campfire weather (reside near boston) I emjoy the flow and personable approach, you will do very well. Keep it up I just received stem cells so god willing ill be cured this year, have you ever thought about taking fans out to teach them how to fish? I would definitely be interested in thd fall or next year and would stay at that camp ground. Thank you for your efforts. Big fan, John Perry

Brant is the Man of many fishing poles..... as for the brackish bonanza of Florida fishing ? I've been waiting to see what tricks are up your sleeves when you start fishing in those areas? It's a unique fishery where a lot of species go to spawn & the marsh / swamps of S.Louisiana was where I did most of my fishing. I really want to see what all you pull out of those estuaries? Should be very interesting?! I'm just seeing how Tilapia have hit S.Texan waters, hate seeing the invasive species but what ya gonna do = Call Brant to catch them? Brant's Fishing Patrol will go out to rid Florida of invasive fish. Niche fishing is your Forte ! Ya'll have Iguana / Python Hunters. peace / GB ALL

I find it hard trusting less than 2 oz weights and notice you rarely go that heavy, any tip? 6 ft med action rods (3) with 15mono, 35 & 50 braid on 12 in steel leaders. 2/0 circle hooks in E Central FL beaches. U name it I've caught it on the setup but gets slow and not a quick change for swim lures

Up here if dnr sees you give fish to someone and keep fishing youll get a ticket. Ive seen them watch people do it and as soon as they gave them away he busted them.
@chris60543 ай бұрын
Not necessarily..but they didn't keep fishing in that same clip, in the video. Brant also only caught 4, so he still had one open for his limit. No enforcement is going to "bust you" if you continue fishing. You're allowed to fish, and catch whatever. They will definitely bust you if you continue to keep fish over limit though.
