lol that not crushing anything. I have a 13 pro max that is over 3 years old and still getting updates. I plan to keep it until it becomes unusable. I have a 16 pro max as a spare though because I got it as a gift for my birthday

Software update is no big deal as of now coming 2025 the smartphones have matured enough for users preferences, ofc most user likes new features every new year or updates but for a capable and faster Gaming Phones i think it's enough for someone like me cuz i like competitive Moba games on Phones at the end it depends on Random users whether they like it or not the choice is up to them.

Cooler + benchmark?? If the SD 8 Elite's score is almost at its maximum and the iPhone 16's score is also good, the single score will be 3600+ and the multi score will be 9000+.

Those are freezer scores for the 16PM lol. No one has gotten those scores at room temperature. Also, the ROG 9 Pro actually scores 3.2K ST and 10K MT in room temperature. No cooler needed. Just set it to max performance.

The best ROG phone was ROG phone II (i still got it ),after that everithing goes bananas with ROG phones (especially in the price department)-i change phone every year (samsung ultra line is main phone )and every 2 years gaming phone ( curently red magic 8s pro from last year). ASUS can charge premium for ROG line only if they deliver BEST gaming phone,but they dont-like all gaming phone brands they are inferior in material ,camera,softwear support is poor and limited ( why they dont offer something like samsung DEX for a big screen gaming).If they make PREMIUM phone like Apple or Samsung with all the best gaming fitures i will pay premium and carry only one phone, till den red magic offer more for the money in gaming department and Samsung and Apple in premium department.

Now why don't they just name it Asus Phone 9 instead of using ROG series cause there is nothing left ROG Phone has like it doesn't have gaming phone astatic design no more and just by adding LED screen at back wont make it gaming phone, talking about performance SD🐉 Elite is already good for every flagship phone, battery life L today's date while every companies are bumping it out replacing with SILICON CARBON and here they are reducing it using same old LITHIUM cause more performance you need the more power it'll take, if its gaming phone then it should be 7000 to 7500 mah by now and ohh... I'm telling you guys who ever is leading the design team they aren't gamers at all cause removing bezels in gaming phone was quit L move, the only reason why I'm still using ROG Phone 7 ultimate and not using those futuristic looking phone like RedMagic 9 or Samsung s24ultra its because I don't want a problem of mistouch from my palm while intense gaming and I do understand the reason behind removing bezel with dual front facing speakers, that they want it to make it more poachable for average consumer so they improved most of the feature that average consumer needed like camera, polished optimized UI for using TikTok and all, less battery so🤡 "if they wanna go that path then why they don't name it as a Asus Phone or Zenfone aka normal phone" so please its a humble request from Gamers make a true gaming phone not gimmicky phone and hope ASUS wont hattrick it at 10 series and I missed zenfone compact series too Sorry for this long from sentences had have burst it out loud and I know its pointless for typing this long just like there current ROG phone series but they had to start making good phones or leave the phone sector either way we are losing interest and they can analyze by there event chat or comment section also if you guys had read this long then congratulation you had wasted couple of your precious worthless minutes but Ay thanks for reading tho😉 😁

I can't use the language Asus deserves. The Rog Phone 8 had two buttons on the back fan. The 6, and 7, had four. This telephone is trash, and Asus as a company is a failure. Although, the Asus Phones have gaming aspects, like seperate sensitivity controls, which for me are the most important part, they are not ever spoken about. The only way to get full computer movement for the game Player Unknown's Battlegrounds on the Mobile version, New State, is with an Asus Rog Phone. The biggest disappointment since the Asus Rog Phone 8. Which, is super cheap anywhere, compared to the never price dropping Asus Rog 7.
