That sub is actually good! It doesn't sound better than other phones without the subwoofer though. But if you add that to the other audio features and ASUS would be shooting themselves in the foot if they don't market this as an audiophile's device as well.

I lost my respect for the ROG phones when I got my ROG Phone 2 and a small blue dot in the bottom right hand corner kept getting larger until half my screen was completedly black and couldnt even use my keyboard... Never Again ROG NEVER AGAIN!

In reality, I'm surprised that the Rog Phone still manages to sell 🤔 At more than $1000-$1500, for what they offer at the hardware and especially software level (barely 2-3 years of Android version updates) for the same price (if you're as much of a smartphone gamer as that), you can have the Redmagic from the same year, and a really good high-end smartphone dating back 1-2 years for good software / software tracking and good camera 📸 Sincerely, I really, really can't understand how and why people put money into this thing 🤷🏽‍♂️

Redmagic phone's camera is even worse than rog phone 8 series so don't even consider it, for gaming aspects redmagic is really good since it has in built fan with 24k rpm. And good stereo speakers than rog phone 9 series. About the software updates well..to others it's relevant but for me personally I don't care about it since all I gonna do is playing games since it's obvious "gaming phone" can't even expect much but yeah rog phone 9 pro price can be justify little if you start to see how many things they added in their phone from little things to bigger parts, if you see on paper list but those who thinks rog phone is not affordable can go for redmagic (sure if only when redmagic is available in that country or else I won't recommend it) and who can afford rog can buy it.

I can't use the language Asus deserves. The Rog Phone 8 had two buttons on the back fan. The 6, and 7, had four. This telephone is trash, and Asus as a company is a failure. Although, the Asus Phones have gaming aspects, like seperate sensitivity controls, which for me are the most important part, they are not ever spoken about. The only way to get full computer movement for the game Player Unknown's Battlegrounds on the Mobile version, New State, is with an Asus Rog Phone. The biggest disappointment since the Asus Rog Phone 8. Which, is super cheap anywhere, compared to the never price dropping Asus Rog 7.

Tbh I was about to buy this phone, but looking at the performance you can tell the software is 💩, that chipset is an overkill for lots games but Asus made it struggle, terrible or no optimization showa how the drop the ball every time. Not yet, but I saw allredy God Of War 2016 in it trough PC Emulation and it ran with a bit over 30 FPS in an Emulator for the old Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. When the Emulator Support gets to the Snapdragon Elite thank IT will run with 60 FPS No Problem.

worst gaming phone i will never buy this phone again.. its rapidly hot and almost burns your hand when you use it even if you are not in gaming. its not durable screen so to crack when accidentally drop it. worst worst gaming phone ever i really regret buying this rog phone 6 i will try new nubia z70 ultra maybe it will be better than piece of trash.
