CRUSHING Walleye at Night from Shore Casting Inline Spinners

How to catch INSANE numbers of Walleye from shore using a SECRET Lure Combo NOBODY is using!!.
We had an EPIC night catching walleye from shore casting inline spinners tipped with twister tail grubs. Two of us hooked 30 Walleye and 8 Rainbow Trout between us in under 3 hours. Fish were all caught in 1-5 feet of water in a side channel of the Columbia River. We were simply casting and reeling spinners back very slowly with short snaps of the rod every few cranks of the reel.

Spinner brand and color didn't matter. I caught fish on Mepps Black Fury, Panther Martins, and some no name brand.

Columbia River. Any shallow flat adjacent deeper water holds them at night. New spots become hot spots as the water levels in the river rise and lower.

when you were fishing in this video were you fishing the little off streams, the bays/back eddy's, or the main current?

A very temporary back water that formed for a couple days when the river dropped a bunch.

Thanks. The following night was just as hot the first hour then the full moon rose over the mountains and it was like a switch was turned off. Barely caught any fish for the next two hours.

Everywhere from HLK to the border. Just fish the slack water at night and you'll see them cruising tight to shore.
