It definitely shows you how little makeup you really need when you see all the things expired! I’m a declutterer, I’ve been doing Konmari and her talk about keeping only what brings you joy resonated; I finally let go of a lot because I didn’t want to be using the mediocre items while the great ones expired. But I also think your discussion of your purchases being your responsibility is great too, i feel guilt for the waste and won’t make the mistakes again🙈

I would suggest keeping the emptied out eyeshadow pans for future repress . The Ofra collab lippie is still available on their site last I checked.

I just had to declutter two eyeliners bc they completely dried out, and one of them wasn’t even that old 😵‍💫😵‍💫 I get so frustrated about makeup going bad, it’s a main reason a slowed down my consumption because I really wanted to focus on using everything I own

Definitely happened to me with a lipstick and a foundation. I notice my eyes can be more sensitive

Hi Emily, I just throw away rancid smell products, yuk... But for the rest I try to revive them... I remember having revived a baked eye shadow, 3 nights with contacts solution 😊, that maybe someone around you can do for those Colorpop ? For lippies I don't say anything, because I never gave an old lippie. But I double check the smell because sometimes, I don't smell very well, not the pandemic, no, just pollution 😅 ❤, but I found some dry eye pencils, and I don't know how to try to revive them, I never get this problem before... My no buy is going well, but wow it s really hard to be honest... Take care 😊❤
