Flattening the tires to fit under overpasses is the first response the driver should employ to fit. The actual thing to notice about these tires is that they are already Chinese. If you search the thousands of photos of the Launchers on Google Images you will see that the American Army uses an off road tire which is much, much deeper in tread design. You should also count the number of tires on each axle. This one has too many tires. Read that word in white paint on the cans. It says, "INERT". Clearly, this is a mock up. This is most likely a movie prop.

Flattening tires reduces overall height on shipped equipment. You will see this practice in agricultural, industrial, and also military equipment. The driver gained 13 cm or 5 inches of reduced height on the shipment so it fits under a larger number of overpasses. The 2 things to note about the tires can be found when you google image search, "Patriot Launcher". You will see that this tire type is a road tire. The Patriot uses offroad tires with deep treads. The Patriot is not heavy for it's size, and so it has 1 tire, never double tires. I suspect these tires are new. Why would they not be? Since you are observant, look at that word on the side. "INERT" in big letters. It is a dud. It is made to be nonlethal. You can also note the lights on the rear of the trailer. Not standard. This is a mockup and probably for a movie.

Read the white word on the side of the launch can. "INERT". This is a mockup. Possibly a movie prop. Much is wrong with this photo. The markings, the tail lights, the tire type. The tire number. The last thing you will NOT see in the photo is the US security on the ground. The US Army will NOT have anyone on the ground in Ukraine. The US Government WILL HAVE "private contractors" on the ground with any sensitive system they are willing to feign relinquishing control of. There will be an understanding with the AFU and the US Army. If the system is endangered then our guys will destroy it. If our guys are out of contact, then it WILL BE destroyed, no matter who is there. Sorry, but no system the US wants to keep secure will be allowed to be captured, no matter what the circumstances.

This is a fake. A mock up made by the chinese for wargames. If you look at the picture, a Patriot has single wheels(super singles), the one in the picture has 2 wheels(dual wheels). There are more differences if you look closer. The lights on the back are arranged differently, the cables on the back of the launcher are wrong, there is no generator on the front of the fake, there are no wires coming out of the control module on the side, etc. Already debunked by experts.
