What do you call it ? If this was Russia putting missiles in Cuba as they did it was the American president John Kennedy threatened Russia with a nuclear attack on Russia then Russia removed them from Cuba to save the planet being destroyed by America. The whole world was on edge because America didn't like Russian missiles within striking range of American borders. Different when America are the ones moving NATO bases in countries surrounding Russian borderlines. And planning on putting missiles in Japan to target Russia. If it was the other way around and Russia was putting missiles in Mexico to target Americans how would America react. America would start a war or threatening again with nukes and possibly using them as they have done in the past. Also remeber there is only 1 country in the world to use nukes.. On 6 and 9 August 1945, the United States detonated two atomic bombs over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The bombings killed between 150,000 and 246,000 people, most of whom were civilians, and remain the only use of nuclear weapons in an armed conflict. Russia have more nukes than America and never used them even when there loosing so many Russians in war. It's America that are the main nuclear threat as they used them killing many thousands of innocent civilians. Do your homework and learn about history and the threat America are around the world and also push for invasions and war and killing leaders of countries they want removed who don't comply with them.
