Zelensky Pans Abrams, Wants 128 F-16s | Kremlin Warns UK On Ukraine's Storm Shadow Strikes In Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the 31 Abrams tanks supplied by the US likely didn't make much difference on the battlefield. "I'm not sure that such a number of tanks can change the situation in the battle," Zelensky said on July 9 while attending the NATO summit in Washington. In May, CNN reported that Ukrainian crews maintaining US-supplied M1 Abrams tanks faced numerous battlefield issues with the armored vehicles. The crews said that the $10 million vehicles did not have sufficient armour against modern weapons such as drones. Zelensky also expressed his anger with Russia during the NATO summit and said that “when children are dying you want to kill Putin”

Zelenskyy is such an ingrate. Does he not understand that weapons need to be used within design parameters? How many 'game changer' toys has Kiev's bunker high command broken and lost so far? Needless to say, the dead and maimed men do not matter to Kiev. When Russia downs a couple of Storm Shadows targeting Russia "for defensive reasons", the illegitimate dictator will say that the missiles were no good. Starmer was very foolish to fail to review UK supplies in a calm way but has the chance to call a halt and stop all other aid to hold a review as soon as the first SS/SCALP missile is used in disputed Crimea or across marked Russian borders. Killing Russians in a crowded city market seems to have been forgotten even though the position remains unclear as to whose missile hit a children's hospital. Generally, Russia avoids controversial targeting. I think it very unlikely that F-16s will flown by Ukrainian pilots by summer's end and Zelenskyy will have been ousted by then. He will be ousted by Ukrainian military men and some Rada deputies or will leave by arrangement with the USA to one of his mansions in the Caribbean. That relocation could happen without Zelenskyy flying back from New York to Kiev. Of course Mrs Z will do some New York fashion house shopping before retiring from public life in Europe.

Everyone has a mother or father and so everyone is technically someone's child too. It doesn't hurt less when a Ukrainian or Russian soldier who is their son dies. But i guess Zelensky has become immune to the horrors of war and adult men, especially ukrainian men dying like cannon fodder so that he can project a strongman image and stay in power. Since afaik, Zelensky ended whatever claim to democracy Ukraine previously had when he single handedly decided and declared that there will be no more elections until the war is won. Since the war is not going to end anytime soon if at all, and since the war can never "be won" by Ukraine(as defined by kicking Russia out of every last inch of Ukrainian soil, which also includes Crimea and Donbas regions). So this means that Zelensky will be dictator for life. He just needs to keep the war going for as long as possible, even dragging it out and refusing peace of ceasefire deals that would be accepted by most normal Ukrainians(who are the ones suffering the most from the war). Zelensky and his inner circle are also no doubt funnelling or siphoning money from international aid and donations from other countries into their own pockets. Every year he visits multiple countries repeatedly asking for hundreds of billions. When a missile can cost millions alone and tanks cost 10 billion and shells and artillery are being fired nonstop and people dying nonstop left and right, who's going to know or hold zelensky accountable if he takes 100,000 here and there, or the salary that dead men would have received goes into some account in Switzerland or Bahamas that his niece or whoever controls? I mean the pentagon lost 2 trillion dollars. Twice I think. So 4 trillion that they could not account for. Zero idea what happened to it. They don't even know how many miliary bases they got in total around the world. I bet many us congressmen or politicians who supported giving 100 billion to Ukraine would have also given zelensky a designated account number and other relevant details so that they can also get their slice of the pie. I just scratched your back with 100 billion, now it's your turn to scratch mine. This could be a regular ongoing thing, not just an isolated once off. US politicians have been doing stuff like this forever. They have too many tricks and rorts and schemes and scams. Like after they leave office they get hired as exec board member by the company that they supported and handed contracts to while in office. Or they will make or know about secret regulations which will affect stock price of specific industries or companies. Ironically, Russia also benefits from a prolonged and never ending low intensity war since Ukraine can never join NATO as long as it is still in any kind of ongoing conflict or war. So it's in Russia's interests to at least keep it above that specific threshold no matter what.. as long as it's counted as an active war or conflict thats all that matters. That might have even been one of the main factors for Russia when they ultimately made the decision to do their "special military operation" in Ukraine and also when deciding the length or intensity of the war etc.
