Hey john, I was the guy in the suzuka blue s2000 with white stripes who talked with you about hopefully bringing my car to your shop soon. I really enjoyed meeting/talking to you and jeff at the meet. Jeff seems like a very cool guy and I hope to meet him again when i make it to your shop. The whole trip was awesome and I will definitely be there next year as well. Thanks for the great channel and I will keep watching until I can visit in person.

Great vid/content. Thanks again for sharing! Watching and attending meets like this just continues to boggle my mind the entire cult following/industry that Honda has shunned and left behind. I know it still represents only a fraction of their buyers, but to me its these guys who all grow up to buy Pilots and CRVs for their families. Yes I know the Type R and Integra Type S exist, and they're great... but big porky turbo 5 doors are not 'the Sport compact Car" we all want/wish we could still get with an H or A badge on it.

Thanks buddy. The Honda scene is still strong and going nowhere. The newer Honda lack the soul of the OG feel. Of course new cars have to be quiet with lots of tech, but I don’t feel they have the same excitement.

John, road trip cooking skills are a must! I travelled for years with a cookstove and a propane "briefcase" grille when camping at car events. The faces on people when they smell bacon or burgers cooking in the wild is priceless☺ Had someone try to buy a meal from me once.

That has to be frustrating hearing the "You've Arrived!" message time and again knowing that you still have to tackle the driveway. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for the CRX. Hopefully the alternate ECU does the trick.

Apple IOS 17 now allows downloadable / offline maps. Saved my bacon this past week. (my gps broke) Missed the dragon this year, we were in California National Parks and all over. No signal anywhere. Before the trip, I was able to download a big chunk of California. 3Gb of data. Worked flawlessly the whole time. Just like I had a signal. We got home and I deleted the download. Just a FYI incase. Works great
