Marine Corps veteran here, looking to get one of these for range days. Just want to stay in combat shape. With everything going on in the world, you never know when this might be needed.

I’m also a Marine. And I greatly prefer the CPC over the minimal JPC and SPC. We are familiar and comfortable with the bulkier carriers from running the Modular system we were issued. It is a bit warmer in hot weather but it distributes weight beautifully and allows for a much larger load out / combat load as we called it.

Did you buy the cpc with the plate bags and are they necessary to run plates
@RahRahRaharu12 жыл бұрын
So to clear some things up. You can skydive in virtually any plate carrier, so long as you have some type of jump cover for your mags. Look at any Army airborne kit and you can see what i mean.

I just ordered the avs. I heard those harness systems are crazy comfortable

I bought the Semapo one, because my buddy has the real one. They are almost identical. I wore it once and I don't like the weight and the cage system. It's in multicam and it's for sale for 350. PM and its your's.

Looks freaking amazing! Im looking into upgrading from my Crye JPC to this CPC. Im a bigger dude and the JPC just isn't all that comfortable for me unfortunately.
@squidy40823 жыл бұрын
Isn’t the jpc a little weaker at holding more stuff compared to the cpc?
@Saphy_Bagel3 жыл бұрын
@@squidy4082JPC is definitely lighter and more high speed low drag. I actually did end up switching to the Crye CPC because I'm 6'2" 270lb and the XL JPC 2.0 barely fit. The CPC is definitely a milsim heavy platform to hold everything but the kitchen sink truly. I have 3 HSGI double M4 tacos, Crye Precision Utility pouch, Crye Radio pouch, 2 Taginn frag grenade pouches and a Haley Dangler pouch on my carrier and there is the entire back and several more rows of space to add more pouches. Definitely a better plate carrier for big boys.

I'm in the market for a PC and I'm willing to spare no expense. Have been looking at all the upper end PC's and I think the Tyr Pico-MV is the way to go and is better than the Crye CPC. Anyone have any opinions on these two vests?
@Kyle-mu1dk9 жыл бұрын
+K Nasty You honestly can't go wrong with either one! I personally use the LBT 6094A (Alpha refures to size). Mostly Due to the high cost for my personal salary I didn't go with Crye CPC. But the LBT sits perfect on my body for me. It's your choice!
@xkdonaldx9 жыл бұрын
Kyle Monroe Ya I just feel the LBT 6094 series is "last years" technology. Better stuff not now days with the Crye harness system and the Tyr armor systems… Just my opinion..
@Kyle-mu1dk9 жыл бұрын
+K Nasty And thats just it, its all opinion oriented, myself being in the military, the LBT is best for what I do for training and isn't gonna cost a furtune to replace if i damage it. And i understand where you are saying its yesterdays technology but thats like saying the old BDU camo is out dated when its really not, SOF uses it more then you would ever know. But like i said, its all up to you because at the end of the day you have to be comfortable in it!
