She wanted an outrageous amount for a BROKEN wheelchair that needrd hunfreds of dollars in repair, someone picked it up to fix it and SHE didn't want to pay the repair bill! She could have paid the repair bill, THEN sold the wheelchair for more than she had to put out in the repair bill, and kept the money for the wheelchair THAT SHE GOT FOR NOTHING, but she was lazy, greedy and appearantly too DUMB to do that, so she cooked up the sexual harrassmet story out of SPITE. It's as plain as DAY, she's a common GRIFTER!!
