She could have paid the repair bill, THEN sold the wheelchair for more than she had to put out in the repair bill, and kept the money for the wheelchair THAT SHE GOT FOR NOTHING, but she was lazy, greedy and appearantly too DUMB to do that, so she cooked up the sexual harrassmet story out of SPITE. I think she used her crying to get money I feel like she did try to sell that wheelchair and she got upset and her husband was like you probably need that wheelchair for something else or it wasn't enough money for her and she wanted to wheelchair back I don't think he stole the wheelchair I don't think he took it from her I think she really brought it to him and I don't like her because she used her emotions to win the case and that's not how judgement should go he's going oh but she's crying you think it's about the money no she's crying because she wants to win the case that's why I feel like she's crying simple as that and I said what I said and if anyone has an issue with it then they have issue with themselves because I'm not here for it

She had no way of knowing that leaving the courtroom in tears would result in a victory for her. The reasonable assumption would be that the case would be dismissed.

I don't think he should have granted the places that money because first and foremost she left the courtroom. I believe my feelings are hurt because he is denying sleeping with her. The Descendant also said in the text message approved as someone who came to pick it up, so maybe the person who picked it up is the one who actually knows where it said. But I just don't feel like she should get that money

Of course youd feel that way. So would any fool that has the nerve to call a plaintiff a place, and a defendent a decendent😑🤔. I bet when u posted, you thought you were really saying something. You actually did, you said that teachers need to focus more on spelling and definitions/meanings of words. 😆 Go sit dwn grown ups are talking.

Plaintiff was telling the truth hence his reaction. His reaction and his wife's reaction to just laugh and deny was telling. JM shouldn't of went along with them laughing at her, making a mockery of her like that. Why in the world would a woman lie about having sex with a man like that? He's no catch.
