Silver Wolf uhhhhh lemme list rq. She knew that the trailblazer’s name is your in-game name. One of her idle animations is her literally looking at you. The ultimate’s dialogues. (As seen in the video.) There are more, but that’s all I remember.

I love how some of these ults are really long animation wise while the voice lines are short so some of those aren't even sped up, just moved to say it earlier. Really allows you to enjoy each voice line regardless of 2x speed.

I really wish they'll implement a feature thay allows you to set each character's ultimate speed to either normal or 2x individually in the future. I'm a FGO player and such a feature exist exist there which is very neat if you have characters that you'll never get tired of listening the ultimate voicelines to.

interesting, it seems like the va’s had similar direction when it came to double speed vs regular. jing yuans is more aggressive in 1x than 2x in both jp and en, and hook just makes noises on 2x for both too. i thought each language had separate voice directing but maybe not idk 🤷‍♀️

I mean yeah, it's their job to translate and localise they're not just making the voice actors say whatever they want lol. They would receive a script and translate it as close as to the original as possible while still making it make sense to an english listener, why would they deviate and change the line to something else? They might even have the japanese lines already voiced to use as a reference, but that's way more common in anime so I'm not sure if that applies to games.

Are you planing on doing this for every version? I would absolutely love to see a Chinese version of this video, and then later on a Korean version if possible. There are definitely some instances where I prefer the faster versions of the ultimates, like Dan Heng and Clara's, Dan Heng matches how I'd expect the fight would be paced, and Svarog's menacing glare sfx sounds so much better right after Clara's voiceline. But Jing Yuan's feels more impactful when its slowed down
