Shame that Fei just doesn’t have the same Penacony hype as Acheron and FF, so many will still sleep hard on her strength level. This MoC provides her basically nothing, the buff is for break and the MoC damage only occurs when the cycle count goes down, Hoolay is a fast enemy so his natural counter is Yunli not Fei, and for those who say oh well but its good for Aventurine because he can spam FUA, you can literally 0 cycle Hoolay with gallagher no Aven needed. Only thing is that Hoolay has wind weakness thats it. Fei is basically the best dps rn for MoC in general not just Hoolay. And yes I am aware of the next MoC but afaik Fei still puts in some WORK in it too even if the boss is a total Rappa/Acheron shill.

If we are talking about gameplay you are completely right. You have to consider that FF was shown back then in the release of Kafka, and also is the closest thing to a canon partner for the MC. As for Acheron, it is well known how many genshin players are in hsr. And in Genshin Raiden is one of the most hyped chr too, on top of that is also wanted by HI3 players.

The Hoolay fight while she has aven and robin is designed around Feixiao lmao???? Aven constantly throwing back coins with how fast hoolay is attacking is fueling both fei ult and robin ult. Not only that Aven FuA while Robin ult is active usually one shots the mobs. Also Hoolay is wind and phys weak meaning he is innately eating a lot of Fei's ST damage without even being broken yet + the additional phys damage from Robin Ult every poke from somebody's attack (including FuA). And when he is broken takes even more damage cuz Gunblade on Ult deals more damage to broken enemies.

5 cycles are not what I would consider as "holding up decently", especially for a team full of premium 5 stars. Even seele can 0-cycle hoolay with e2s1 sparkle and e2s1 robin. While with dot team I don't think even e2s1 kafka, e2s1 black swan and e2s1 ruan mei can even 1 cycle hoolay. The dot team in this video looks like they are doing well is because of lingsha, without her or aventurin I don't think dot team can clear this boss comfortably

Idk, but aventurine DPS using DMG bonus sets with Jiaoqiu and maybe Robin (i don't remember if was her) caused 138k in follow-up E0S0 with a DPS Lightcone that increases DMG too. It's normal build but have a lot of DMG bonus and also Robin with Jiaoqiu can cause more than 30k

Jiaoqiu + Robin + Huohuo is in my opnion stronger. It's Yunli highest damage output team and also Robin is mega buffed with Jiaoqiu and his debuffs is 100% uptime contrary of Tingyun and Sparkle. Single Target i normally see 450k ~ 500k with this team E0S1. Robin like 30k damage, so even Huohuo basic atq can change the battle

Pull for supports and you can freestyle endgame, I have a friend that 3 starred this current moc 12 with serval and hook (before you ask, neither they nor I used any limited support eidolons, though we did pull some of their sigs). So I think you may be overstating how much powercreep affects the play experience a bit. That being said you are right that the game and its content will very much serve to highlight the newest shiniest unit and make them somehwat artificially look so much better than everyone else, and hoolay is just yet another addition to the list, shilling feixiao just as eternal show shilled firefly. I do think the dps from acheron and onwards will have a lot more staying power though, there's a very clear jump in power with their kits and content has not scaled up enough for them to struggle to clear anything.

Also, why Moze with Feixiao when Hoolay have 40% Lightning resist? I Know he's strong and that Topaz is very broken with her. But Feixiao if by far the strongest Unit in the game, i think it was better show how much ahead she is compared to the others units (nots: she is strong and already have a full team). But yeah, they messed up with Jiaoqiu, Moze is ridiculous strong. His damage is much higher than 1.X DPS, only Ratio can catch up
