You said commission is anywhere between 1-3%. This is incorrect. There's 5 raritys of nodes - common, rare, epic, legendary and ancient. Legendary has 4% commission and Ancient has 5%

I like the crypto dynamics, however, I don’t like how unregulated it appears it could be from hindsight. People in control of this game have the best position in the market because they created it. Which gives them control over what is going to benefit them the most. Am I wrong here? It’s a great game, but it seems like a select group of people will have the ability to control assets and corner the major parts of the market as more desirable and rare items release.

There's always going to be someone who is at an advantage for sure. While it's not worth them risking their entire company to make some extra bucks by taking advantage of the market, we've seen it happen with Opensea (someone was buying the floor of collections from his doxxed wallet right before they'd get the featured page listing). The bigger concern for me is around cheaters, since there's direct monetary rewards they can take advantage of, however I assume to offramp you'll need to KYC, and cheating is actually a crime.

When you talk about "Nodes" are you referring to "Hexes" that are found in game?

No, in order to decode (open) the hexes, you need to run a transaction on the blockchain. The nodes are what process that transaction. The player never sees the nodes or has any idea he's interacting with them. It's something that lives outside of the game. He said my money needs to flow in the trading centre or else If I withdraw without trading they will think it is I am laundering money. But now he says there is no smaller nodes and I cannot trade. Yes, if you sell it, it's gone from your inventory. I assume this is in regards to me saying the GUN testnet token will disappear, but weapons, skins won't? That's only when we go from testnet to mainnet (think of it as an IOU or placeholder until mainnet is launched, then you get your "real" weapon or skin). But if you sold the item, the person who bought it will have that asset when we go from testnet to mainnet. Hope that clears it up!

Gorilla you got an error, you can transfer them between wallets on testnet so big error in video. Second point is you can find VCs selling OTC

It's due to securities laws in America, which can get them in trouble for selling "unregistered securities" (even though they haven't specifically outlined a lot of this stuff as securities and it's a grey zone). Many companies are being sued by the SEC and don't want to take the risk, so they just ban America all together. As for your node, will they actually stop you from using it? Unclear. I know some people in the USA who are currently running them with no issues. Perhaps they are using a VPN, or maybe Gunzilla's way to prevent this will be to ask users to complete KYC when it comes time to redeem mainnet rewards. Still unclear. Hopefully this all changes if our boy gets into office, as he's already said he will change these outdated laws.

Only on the secondary market, in which case if the token and game are performing well, they will be at higher prices than mentioned in the video. From what I’ve heard they current sell for 1.75x their price OTC. But that’s all just people speculating
