Perhaps I am biased, being a huge fan of Brian Tichy - but that acrylic kit is the bomb! Unquestionably the most substantial, punchy, uncoloured kit you gents have ever presented. It is strange to note that, after production tweaks for a mix. almost every modern percussion track ends up sounding like this kit represents - even with the toasted heads. Killer. Lezz go.

Pretty much a useless review. Used (old) heads, no attention to tuning/tensioning, results in a waste of time really. "Let's review a line of drums by playing on a set that has old heads, and let's not waste time adjusting the tuning." Great idea...

If the kit sounded like this with all those "cons" @PaulMarangoni mentions, I think it was pretty helpful video as it sounded really good to my ears (liking / preferred sound). I appreciate the video. I have the amber set with 13", 14" and 16" toms plus 1 x 24" kick....bought it 2 years ago...still stored with not a single use due to lack of a place to play. Can't wait to have a room. Thanks!

I bet that 24 will sound huge! We’ve got a Ludwig chrome over wood kit with 24s and they sound massive! Glad you enjoyed it, hopefully you can get yours set up soon 🤞
