Stimulation of brain waves brings focus to stress relief. You may find that using singing bowls will help calm thoughts, relieve tension, and help you become more conscious of your breathing. This consciousness may promote a sense of inner calm and relaxation.
Steven Russell is a certified Yoga Teacher and professional musician.
