@hannahmusicfan21 its like helios who disguises himself as pegasus is trapped in Nehelania's dimension and he can't come to help and charge super sailor moon's dream rod (the scepter) until mini moon calls him with her bell. Once he hears the bell, he comes to help!

Rini's voice as Mini Moon in the english version does not fit her! She doesn't look like she'd sound like that at all. Not one of Sugar's best works
