I got tickled at Henry's face smeared with his bake potato. I was surprised that the boys didn't order mac and cheese. One time my late husband saw a mama bear with her cub. Needless to say, we kept our distance.

Haha, Henry sure was enjoying that baked potato. The boys had mac and cheese the day before we went to Crystelle Creek, so we had them order something different but they both talked about wanting to order it as soon as we got there. That's really neat that you guys got to see a bear with her cub. That had to be an amazing moment to witness.

Those mushrooms look amazing and I had no idea that Lodge Castiron was made in Tennessee. Tara and I could probably split a plate there. That's what we do now at several of the restaurants in the area now. Good review. We need to try it next time.

If you enjoy mushrooms, these were excellent and HUGE!! The Lodge Cast Iron factory is in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Coincidentally, they just opened up a new museum to the public, which opens its doors for the first time today, 10/8/22. Jennifer and I talked about sharing something next time as well. Have always had great food and service there. Love the atmosphere. I have never tried the pasta. The servings were huge and those baked potatoes! Loved seeing the boys reactions. They always bring a smile 😊

We do think there's a section on the other side of the building that has a smaller room with a bar and maybe some TVs. We should have checked out the other side but we were so amazed with the dining room that we didn't really venture to the other side of the restaurant. You guys would really enjoy this place. The food was so good and the scenery was awesome. The only other time that we've seen a bear was on the Skywalk at Anakeesta once but Jennifer doesn't like to go across it so unfortunately, she missed seeing the bear. We never see them at Cade's Cove either - We always hear people come back from the Cades Cove telling us that they saw 10 bears....meanwhile, we've never seen 1 there, lol. That was so cool y'all got to see the bears. We we're in Gatlinburg about a month ago the day we was leaving decided to ride though cades Cove. And saw two bears it made the trip worth it all so cool. GREAT VIDEO
